Yoga In Pregnancy

I am a former nurse-midwife and experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, teaching classes and supporting women in the East Midlands.

My present has evolved organically from my past. My passion is women's health and women's culture. Choices are available for us but not always chosen by us. I encourage women to explore their choices and make decisions for their lives accordingly. Any contribution that I can make to facilitate success in these choices I enjoy making. I will support you in whatever your choices are. My Yoga practice and Doula work form part of a holistic field of options available to all women. I try to have a range of skills that you can choose from.

As women, I believe that giving birth and becoming a mother can be the most life-changing experiences we will ever undergo. Generally we do not do this very often, so the nature of every one is vital.
