Located in the heart of Liverpool's up and coming Baltic Triangle in the iconic 54 St James Street Building, the Psychological Therapies Unit is a Community Interest Company (CIC) [not for profit] delivering effective treatment for a wide range of psychological conditions. We use a number of psychotherapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help people suffering with depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD, in fact the whole range of emotionally based problems. We also work with individuals, families and organisations as mentors, coaches and advisors. We provide medico-legal assessments for personal injury, road traffic collisions, work related difficulties and act as witnesses in court proceedings.
