Jacky Thomas Counselling

Welcome to my website - my name is Jacky Thomas, I am an experienced counsellor living and working in Plymouth. All of us face challenges at various times in our life, including stress, bereavement, low self-esteem or relationship issues, which can leave us feeling angry, depressed or lost. You may find that the issue you are dealing with is just too overwhelming. Counselling in a safe secure environment really can help. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a BACP Accredited Senior Supervisor and am registered with the United Kingdom Register of Psychotherapists (UKRP). I work using the person-centred counselling approach, but employ counselling techniques (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)) as appropriate. I also provide supervision services to fellow counsellors and trainee counsellors. JT Counselling is located in Plympton, just outside Plymouth in Devon.
