All communications between us will be treated in confidence, and I endeavour to reply to all enquires promptly.

I provide a safe, calm and confidential environment, where you can identify, explore and work through the things that are troubling you. Through the relationship between us, I aim to help you discover and develop new ways of approaching life; ways which are less compromised by past patterns which have contributed to your distress and suffering in the present. For recent onset problems, often with a clear focus such as a bereavement or a problem at work, people tend to come for once-weekly counselling.
