Amy’s CV includes roles as Career Management Consultant for Australia’s largest bank, Westpac, where she coached employees during a large scale redundancy programme, and Graduate Recruitment Manager for Marks and Spencer. She has front line experience in screening CVs, conducting interviews, running assessment centres and facilitating group training programmes on careers.
