Hello, I’m Madeline. I guessed you’d like to know who you’re dealing with! So what’s my story? I’ve had various everyday jobs and I’ve also worked in senior management roles — in various businesses, jobs and countries. Like you perhaps, I’ve experienced a lot of change in my own working life. I’ve made big changes, taken time out for family responsibilities, been promoted, made redundant and ten years ago I set up my own business.
I’ve been coaching for more than ten years now — helping each person to get a more successful working life and rewarding career. I know what it’s like to want something better than you have right now. As well as enjoying one-to-one coaching, I’m a big user of digital and social media, which really has become an essential part of working life. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about ‘digital’ stuff in order to help my clients be better informed and feel more confident. I can help you get a really great professional profile online — as well as help you to use digital to find the work that you really want to do.
