People often seek help when they are in crisis, when it feels like there there are no options left any more. Others think about therapy when they are coping with life but feel they want to make changes to negative patterns in their thinking, behaviour or relationships. At times like these talking therapies can be very helpful.

I work sensitively and in a nonjudgemental way, helping you to understand what is on your mind. I am trained to listen carefully to your thoughts, feelings, experiences and relationships. Sometimes our ways of coping when we are under stress or feel pressured and the choices we make are not helpful and can result in pain and anxiety. Often these choices are based on patterns we have developed from the past. We can work together to find a new way forward through your present difficulties.
