We provide counselling and emotional support to mothers and their partners through pregnancy, birth and parenthood. In particular we specialise in supporting women with Postnatal Depression (PND) and Antenatal Depression.

We also offer counselling for those feeling depressed during pregnancy and for those concerned about their risk of developing PND. Find out more here. We have helped many new parents through this transition and have witnessed the positive changes and the growing sense of confidence that having our support can bring about.
