Bath Spa Psychotherapy

I am currently studying towards an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. This is a long training and means that whilst I complete my studies I am able to offer low cost psychotherapy and counselling. This provides a solid framework from which healing some of the deepest wounds experienced in life can begin to take place. The term ‘integrative' simply means that I also draw upon other models of psychotherapy when working with clients. In practice this allows us to work together in a way that suits you and your needs, rather than attempting to fit you into some predefined box.

My training includes a focus upon humanistic, psychodynamic and intersubjective theory. Many people worry that coming to therapy can be an expensive undertaking. If you are feeling as though you need help but are concerned about your finances then this can seem like a big obstacle. Low cost psychotherapy, also referred to as affordable psychotherapy, can be of great assistance in this situation.
