As an accredited member of the 'UK Council for Psychotherapy', a fellow of the ‘National Society of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy', and the 'Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council', I am required to abide by their Code of Ethics and Practice. This includes undertaking regular supervision, having appropriate professional insurance and being committed to continued professional development. I am also registered with The United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO).
I have been a fully qualified Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Counsellor since 1995. Prior to this, I gained extensive experience in the field of mental health: working within Social Services, National Health Service & voluntary sector.
I have been an affiliate counsellor working for Workplace Options since August 2003.
