Ward Sue

I have worked in a range of sectors from Naval Service, Secretarial/administration and Education. I attained a First Class Honours Degree at Portsmouth University and then trained as a Counsellor. I have specialised in Drug and Alcohol counselling and assessing. I also manage a successful private practice working long and short term. I have worked with young people, professionals, corporate, students, referrals and recommendations covering a wide range of issues.

From my life experience so far I have recognised the importance of truly listening to my own self. Understanding how I came to be me, I have learnt to listen to my own messages, decipher what the messages mean to me and make choices that allow a more harmonious flow to my life. I have also learnt that 'challenges' are a necessary part of life as it is these that allow me to develop and grow.
