Sarah Hurst Nutrition

My mission is to educate, motivate and inspire others to improve their health and wellbeing so they can live the life they want to live. What qualifies me to do this? On a personal level, I've had my fair share of health-related challenges. I've had Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since my teens, been overweight, suffered from depression and struggled with emotional eating to the point of developing an eating disorder. It may seem obvious but it was only after a visit to see a Nutritional Therapist that I realised how much of a difference changing your diet can make.

Over the years I have been on almost every diet known to man with varying degrees of success. I also discovered coaching, which was the missing piece of the puzzle. My coach taught me how to change my attitude and perspective on my health but also every other area of my life. My passion for nutrition and coaching had been ignited and I decided that it was going to be my future career.
