I'm Adrian Naylor and my aim is to provide you with professional nutrition advice and a high level of personal service to support you in achieving the health goals that you have. There is a lot of information regarding diet and/or lifestyle, some of it confusing and even conflicting. My job as a Nutritional Adviser is to look at your personal circumstances, help you understand the effects of different foods and drinks on your body in order that you can make the right choices to enable you to enjoy a healthy life.

Quite often there may be only a few simple changes to the food that you eat and your lifestyle to help you feel well and increase your energy levels. Good nutrition can make the difference between just getting through the week and feeling really healthy and well. I always take a holistic approach with clients, looking at genetics, (family history of health problems), the type of work you do and the environment that you work.
