Rowan's enthusiasm for working with parents, babies and young children lead her to further her training in Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Baby Reflexology, HypnoBirthing and Pregnancy Massage. Rowan's unique Baby Massage and Baby Yoga courses, combine massage, reflexology, movement and music to enhance baby's development and create a complete sensory experience. Her mobile Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage service offers expectant mothers the opportunity to relax at home whilst receiving a treatment. Rowan designs bespoke Early Days feeding and sleeping routines for babies as well as running Sleep Workshops for new parents. Rowan's passion for HypnoBirthing can be experienced in her very popular private classes. She used HypnoBirthing during the labour of her second child and had a beautifully, calm, natural water birth. Rowan has provided interviews for the NCT and Mother and Baby Magazine and frequently writes articles for local parenting and pregnancy magazines.
