RC Southern Kickboxing is a Martial Arts school which is part of PUMA. Teaching kickboxing techniques, pad drills, sparring, self defence and much more each week - following the modern art of kickboxing and similar styles to other martial arts such as Tae Kwondo and Karate.
I started Kickboxing in 2003 and im now a 3rd Degree Black Belt. At first it was a great way to keep fit but i fell in love with the Art and wanted to teach it to others. My experiences have encouraged and motivated me to inspire students to train in a modern martial art and to learn a new skill. Find out more about me then visit the instructors page.
