DMZ Group UK provides self defence lessons all over the south of the UK where you can learn in your own time one to one with a qualified instructor. We are first aid trained, CRB checked and have a minimum of a Nidan Grade in martial arts.
DMZ Group is a family run business based in the south of the UK which specialises in property maintenance & cleaning.
We also provide services for gardening, groundworks, facilities management, painting, plumbing and much more. We are proud to be a part of and regulate these services.
We have a large team of fully trained staff and a number of vehicles which are all numbered and have onboard CCTV.
All staff receive training every six months for health, safety, fire and manual handling, they also receive specialist training in their field every 12 months. All staff should be uniformed and will have the correct equipment for any job.
The 'DMZ' stands for the members of the owners family where they all work towards providing low cost high standard services to Southampton, Portsmouth & Bournemouth.
