The Pump House was first opened in 2010, founded by Ricky Dawson and his wife hoping to give other the opportunity for a low cost, quality training facility which was lacking in the Medway towns.
We strive to provide an inspiring and friendly fitness centre where men and women of all levels can pursue their fitness goals. We offer not only the facility but the knowledge and advice specific to your requirements. The centre features an extensive range of; free weight and resistance machines. We arnet stopping here, we are forever expanding our facilities to provide our members with the best possible training environment!
