Richard Stephenson joined Harrods Estates in 2000 to form the Asset Management Division. Richard was previously with another leading managing agent as Estates Development Manager, specialising in new developments. Richard heads the Asset Management Division, and has considerable experience in the field of new developments and in particular large prestige riverside developments. After attending Reading University, Julian pursued a career as a Surveyor. Julian then worked for the West End Shops department at Edward Erdman between 1988 - 1995, after which he joined Harrods Estates.

Heidi has many years experience of managing exclusive high end London residential developments and was previously with Hamptons International. Heidi joined Harrods Estates in 2003 managing the Albion Riverside development before being promoted to Associate Director in 2007. Claire has extensive experience in the set up, handover and long term management of large mixed use estates in London.
