Valad Europe manages €5.3 billion of real estate assets and investment capacity across 24 funds and mandates, comprising in excess of 400 assets and 3,700 tenants. Valad Europe has, in addition, circa €1 billion of development projects.
Valad manages €4.9 billion of real estate assets and investment capacity and €1 billion of development projects across six regions: Benelux, Central & Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Nordics, UK. Our European operating platform consists of approximately 180 employees, based in 22 offices in 13 countries.
