Grangeford is a privately owned property investment company that was established in 2009. It's directors and shareholders have a longstanding experience in the property and finance industries and are actively involved in the day to day activities of the business.

Grangeford specialise in the acquisition of Freehold and Leasehold blocks of residential property. Typically, all the flats in the property will have been sold off on long leases and Grangeford will be the recipient of the ground rents and be responsible for the management of the properties.

We acquire properties both directly from developers and through agents and vendors on the secondary market. Our work with developers often involves forward commitments to buy properties as and when they are completed and we are expert in structuring this kind of transaction.
