I am an experienced integrative counsellor. I use a range of approaches including person-centred (humanist) counselling, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive and behavioural therapies (CBT) and specific tools for trauma focused work (including EMDR). I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.

I see clients in my Stoke Newington Practice, and online with skype. Stoke Newington is close to Dalston E8, Hackney E9, Stamford Hill N15, Finsbury Park N4 and Islington, N1. I also see clients in Harlow, Essex, with the NHS funded Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service run by West Essex Mind. Clients can ask their GP to be referred into this service.
