Jordan Counselling & Jordan Psychology is part of the umbrella company 'Jordan Consultancy Ltd' offering psychological therapy, counselling and supervision in Sussex on the South Coast and Central London. Practitioners offer therapies including EMDR, trauma focused cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), NLP, life-coaching, person centred, systemic and integrative psychodynamic counselling.

Brief-Focused-Therapy is available for those whose preference is for a package of a one off two hour session with a follow up. This utilises a Life Coaching perspective and works well for those who already have many strategies for their situation but have become a little stuck in moving forward. This approach helps to free up thinking and develop existing resources.
