Oakham Sports Massage

My name is Emma Henry and I am a Loughborough College educated level 4 sports masseuse who has also studied muscle energy techniques, kinesiology taping, myofascial release, fire cupping, pregnancy massage and specialise in the assessment and treatment of running injuries. Having also previously qualified as a level 2 Gym Instructor and holding qualifications in client assessment and nutrition, I am in a position to provide advice and help with most areas of health and fitness. I am a keen kickboxer and runner and have previously been competetive in cycling (mountain biking, cyclocross and time trials) and horse riding. In the past I have become frustrated with the lack of resolve for my own injuries, so I set up Oakham Sports Massage to provide help, support and preventative treatment for local athletes and sports people looking for help from someone that truly understands what being an athlete means.
