Rhian's vision is to provide a place where the community can access a centre of excellence for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. By offering a holistic approach to treatment, Rhian believes our clients receive the optimum chance of a full recovery. Currently we have a team of chartered physiotherapists, sports masseurs, yoga & pilates instructors, a mindfulness practitioner, psychotherapist, counsellor and a podiatrist. Together, we aim to achieve your goals and improve your health and wellbeing. Here at one2one, we regularly participate in local sporting events such as triathlons, charity cycle rides and running events. If we aren’t competing, then you can be sure to find us supporting the event from the sidelines or in the massage tent. We’re really supportive of all our clients’ sporting achievements and we love to cheer them on at their events. We particularly enjoy a trip to Tenby to support our triathletes competing in Ironman Wales or Long Course Weekend.
