Nobles comfortably walk the line between sumptuous eatery and loveable neighborhood pub, considered seasonal menus and refined classics are made using the best fresh Scottish ingredients and prepared with care and attention. Brunch, lunch, evening dining, crisp craft beers, exquisite wines and cocktails are served until late, making Nobles a home away from home for all lovers of good food and drink.

We are very lucky to have such a rich history both with Nobles and indeed in Leith. This once independent port town was once the busiest in Northern Europe, where whalers quite literally rubbed shoulders with pirates, walking around today you can almost hear the echos of their salty shanties. Since taking the helm in 2010, we have been building upon this rich heritage, working with our award-winning team to bring new and exciting things to the table.

We have worked tirelessly to restore this wonderful historic institution to it’s former glory and we like to think that Archibald would approve of our efforts.
