Edinburgh Food Studio is a crowdfunded restaurant and food research hub opened by Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella. A creative venue with communal seating, we combine eating and drinking with arts, sciences, fun times and banter.
The quality of produce and cookery is paramount, and our head chef James Murray and pastry chef Richard Philips ensure that only the best is served.
Edinburgh Food Studio is able to exist due to the tireless support by an extraordinary community of people. Special thanks must go to every crowdfunding supporter, intern, invited chef and restaurant guest.
It is important for us to remember all the events we have hosted at the studio. All these amazing collaborators have taught us, inspired us and especially given us the possibility of understanding food in so many different ways.
