Legends Gym

Legends Gym is run by Karen who has 20 years experience as a fitness advisor. Specific programs for Rugby, Football, Boxing and Army are available too. Karen is available for personal training. Bookings are taken at gym reception for her training services. She will accompany you round the gym and encourage you to perform effectively to gain the best results for your own personal requirements. Whether it’s for fitness, sports or to slim down for holidays or for a special event. You’ll receive the guidance and encouragement to reach your goals.
