Lifestyle and Shapers is a family run fitness centre in Cockermouth, providing excellent training facilities with cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, sunbeds, vibration plates, toning tables and a sauna (free for members of the gym). We offer training programs and help/information to get you to the goal you want to achieve.
With a long running history in the town (over 20 years), a strong family spirit and excellent ties within the community we pride ourselves on our unique friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service/satisfaction.
With no inductions or joining fees, unlike most fitness centres, we like to think we can tailor your memberships to you.
