We have everything you need to scuplt your body into shape! We have a range of Cardio-Vascular, Resistance and Functional Equipment to give you a workout you'll feel in the morning. The gym is equipped with 5 Squat Racks, 7 Benches, TRX Training Rig and over 10 pieces of CV machines. Our gym team is motivated and passionate about helping you get the most out of your time at the gym. The team is friendly and knowledgeable so please do not hesitate to ask any questions you have about the gym or your training. We have 8 Personal Trainers in the team who are available for one to one coaching to help you maximise your training efforts.
