As a new client of The Studio, you will receive an induction with one of our fitness consultants to discuss your individually tailored fitness programme. Your consultant will work with you to build a suitable programme to help you acheive your goals. You will then have a hands on demonstration of how the equipment works. Support is on going so every member receives complimentary reviews to update your programme, to keep you motivated and to keep you on track to acheive your goals.
