We can become angry and take our frustrations out on everyone around us. Or, we can become depressed and withdrawn, making us feel isolated and lonely. Loss and grief can feel very frightening, impacting negatively on our relationships with others. In such cases, it can be difficult to confide in family or friends, for fear of burdening or offending them.
My consulting room is in a quiet side street with ample parking and close to both Watford Junction and the Metropolitan Line station and several bus links.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore what is troubling you, in your own time and at your own pace. In this way of working, we look at what is troubling you now, while exploring events in the past that may impact on how you live in the present, the relationship you have with yourself and others.
