I am a Counsellor and UKCP registered Psychotherapist and fully qualified supervisor with over 24 years experience of working with individuals, couples and groups. I work in both Watford (Hertfordshire) and Kilburn (North London), offering counselling and psychotherapy, as well as supervision to trainee and qualified practitioners. My professional experience also includes working in organisations in the drugs and alcohol field as well as youth work and mental health. Bringing together professional training and clinical and life experience, I offer a safe, uniquely human environment to attend to your pain and find meaning and fulfilment in your life. Specifically, I have trained and developed my approach to be 'integrative', drawing from a wide variety of established therapeutic approaches. This allows me to provide a kind of therapy which is tailored to your needs, rather than assuming that the same sort of therapy fits all.
