Integral Yoga Centre Swindon

Classes range from basic to advanced and dynamic flow yoga (vinyasa) as well as more specialised classes. On request we offer guidance on meditation and mind management (Raja Yoga). We also offer 1-2-1 sessions, sport massage and injury treatment, reiki, regular workshops, and retreats. Integral Yoga integrates the various branches (Hatha, Raja, Karma, Japa, Jnana and Bhakti) of Yoga in order to bring about a complete and harmonious development of the individual.

This is a very holistic but also scientific approach and is intended to develop an easefulness to the body and to create clarity of mind in order to experience the ever present naturally peaceful state within.
