GC Gym's very own Badminton world champion Rebecca Pantaney is preparing to take the Falkland Island Team and St Helena Team who she coaches to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this weekend, which start on 23rd July. Widely regarded as the fastest racquet sport in the world, with shuttles travelling at more than 300km/h, Badminton will feature on all 11 days of the Games programme.

Along with a new look gym comes a new programme of exercise classes! We have listened to our gym customers and fitness friends and are now running the following new workouts! These are available to 'Pay as you go' members at £4.50 or £3.50 if you're a student- or free to all GC Gym members!
