The Gym area, including bikes, treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, a crossaerobics machine and 2 crazy fit massage plates, Free weights and a smith machine, we have the Absolo machine this is a great fun way to train those abs!
The Motorised Isokinetic fitness system, A brilliant example of equipment that is great for toning, shaping, and weight loss, a safe and effective way to exercise. Finally, the personal training area, Caroline is well known for providing a fun environment for your personal training session, whilst getting the results that you want.
