Crossfit P10 coaches are experts at taking what would seem to be an extreme 'WOD' (work out of the day) and 'scaling' it to your ability. Crossfit P10 classes are small with personal coaching throughout, ensuring safety, correct technique especially when Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastic moves and many other training methods.
