I work collaboratively with my clients to help them get what they want from the sessions be it in short term or longer term therapy. So if you are feeling low, anxious or stressed, if you want to make a change in your life, if you want help coping or if you just want someone to talk to and someone to listen, please do get in touch in whatever way is easiest for you. I will be happy to have a chat with you and answer any questions that you might have before you decide if you would like to arrange an initial session or a telephone consultation. Your first session will be at a reduced rate of £10 or if you would prefer you can book a free telephone consultation.
