I was talking to a prospective client this week about a weight loss programme that she is stopping herself from trying because she's afraid to fail. She says she's tried so many other diets, on so many other occasions, that she can't believe something will actually work for her. The thing that has made her consider doing a programme now is because she knows that as well as helping her to lose weight, it will also address her hormonal imbalances which are very debilitating for her. It's not her weight that's forcing her to consider her future, it's her health.
