Essential Awareness

This stuff has changed my whole outlook and ultimately my life experiences have been enriched. I'm enjoying parenting my children again without feeling suffocated with guilt and inadequacy. I studied with the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, where I achieved an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Hypno-CBT. I have also studied the EFT and EmoTrance techniques with Passion Health. The Releasement of Oaths, Vows and Promises with Lucy Baker, and Attachment Release with Dr Edith Fiore.

At this point you may be thinking that's quite a list! I've trained in these various techniques to ensure my tool box has all that a client could need in order for us to achieve your goals. Up until 12 years ago I had suffered from a number of debilitating illnesses, including endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, and a huge number of allergies. I was allergic to so many different things it would be easier to tell you what I'd not been allergic to!
