I have always been interested in helping people lead healthy lifestyles. I graduated with a BSc in Counselling in 2007 and have devoted my life to helping people improve their health. In addition to hundreds of hours of counselling and mentoring, I completed my Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the School of Modern Naturopathy in 2013. I am registered with the Federation of Nutritional Therapists and Practitioners and am fully licensed and insured.

The 'norm' in our society is that people live free from disease, but there are a number of health conditions that are often accepted as part of the ageing process or as something that must be lived with. These conditions can interfere with daily life and are often a source of frustration. So many people continue to suffer in silence when they need not.

I believe everyone can enjoy optimal health.
