Castle Gym and Fitness Centre has been trading for twenty two years and is Torquays longest, established independant gym. Castle Fitness is owned by Barry Foster, BAWLA trained instructor.
We have built our reputation on excellent customer service, outstanding value for money and a very wide range of quality equipment.
The gym has approximately 70 stations that include Life Fitness cardio equipment and a wide range of resistance machines. We also have an impressive selection of dumbells and free weights.
Try our Military Fitness Circuit training classes. GREAT for fitness, calorie burning and fun. Ideal for men and women. Only £3 to members, £4 non-members. Every Monday and Thursday, 6pm to 7pm and every Saturday morning 8:30am to 9:30am.
