Ask Estates is a family estate agent in Harehills, run by my daughter - Sam - and me, Carol. We launched the business after previously franchising Jump Homes in Harehills.
I have over 20 years experience working successfully in the industry. While working for Jump Homes I boosted business in the Harehills branch to become the market leader in the area. After a restructure and change of business plan I spent time travelling around Yorkshire branches as the Jump Homes Business Development Manager, where I implemented new training strategies and procedures.
In recent years the market has taken a beating, house prices have fallen and banks have changed their borrowing criteria, and Jump Homes' old fashioned concepts needed to be reinvented. So, I made the decision to break away from Jump Homes, team up my daughter, Sam, and make a go of our own estate agency. We set up where our heart always was - in Harehills. And with that Ask Estates was born.
