We undertake residential valuations for a wide range of banks, building societies and other lending institutions and also for private clients. We also undertake RICS Home Buyers surveys and building surveys/structural surveys on domestic property.

We provide a wide range of advice including Landlord and Tenant matters in respect of both Acquisitions and Disposals in relation to Industrial and Commercial Property. We advise on Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals and also carry out a considerable amount of dilapidation work and provision of Schedules of Dilapidation and negotiations of the same and also Schedules of Condition.

Rating Appeals are undertaken on retail, commercial and industrial property on a nationwide basis. Larger property is dealt with on a national basis and it is mainly smaller properties, which are dealt with in the West Yorkshire area.
