We are an established estate and letting agency, serving Leeds and Bradford. We have a portfolio of properties ranging from single rooms, flats to modern 2 and 4 bedroom houses. Most of our properties are furnished (or at least partly furnished) often with cookers, fridges, beds, wardrobes, sofas, coffee tables and more. Our existing tenants will tell you that our experienced team of professionals provide a high quality service to everyone involved.

We like to minimize stress for our tenants, from contacting the office until moving in and settling down. Care estate and letting agents aim is to make the process of moving as smooth as possible. We charge also minimal administrative fees and can be flexible with deposits. We can also serve you over weekends and often after 5:30pm.
