Zenbu Massage & Yoga

Suzanne is passionate about health and well-being and has been interested in holistic therapies from an early age. Wanting to expand her horizons, she lived in Japan for three years where she studied aikido, yoga, shiatsu and experienced a unique and beautiful style of Japanese life. During this time she also travelled extensively throughout Asia, which provided her with the opportunity to experience and learn the many different styles of massage and therapies unique to each country.

Suzanne qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2002 and has continued to train in a variety of therapies. In 2004 she qualified as a yoga teacher with YTTC and enjoys running classes for beginners and advanced practitioners. Trained through Birthlight she also offers pre and post natal yoga classes, baby yoga and baby massage. She is a tutor for Gateway Workshops, teaching one-day workshops in a range of therapies in Belfast.
