Yoga has helped me so much in my life and I wanted to learn more so I embarked on my journey to Bali where I graduated from a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Programme. I had some fantastic teachers who truly embodied all aspects of yoga and lived their lives true to ancient teachings. Thus, I have been so inspired to help others the way they helped me that I created You Me Yoga. A place where we can learn together and express ourselves on the mat from Vinyasa and Hatha style asana's to mindfulness and meditation through Savasana.
