We offer friendly, relaxed environment classes of traditional Hatha yoga classes on Mill Road in Cambridge that are suitable for all levels of experience. A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breath work to relax the body and de-stress the mind. Classes are intended to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body as well as a balance of effort and surrender in each asana. Particular attention is given on the correct breath, the alignment of your spine. Variations of postures and adaptations to the individual are offered, with the emphasis placed on safe alignment leaving you feeling looser, refreshed and relaxed.
