Yogalisa

I teach Hatha yoga, my style is to provide a class which allows the individual to explore yoga asanas through correct alignment, breath and awareness. The classes end with pranayama and yoga nidra. Everyone is encouraged to have a fulfilling and enjoyable yoga experience.

I went to my first yoga class at age 16, this class was taught by Marie Quail. I continued to attend yoga classes and workshops on and off until the late 90s. It was then that I realised I wanted to know so much more about yoga. I enrolled in the Marie Quail YTTC yoga teacher training course. As part of the course we had to get some teaching experience and I began teaching a small group in Castlewellan.
