On her arrival in London in 1986 she was immediately offered work as a freelance teacher of dance, aerobics, body conditioning and aqua aerobics at several top health clubs. She also worked as a personal trainer in Chelsea, Knightsbridge & Fulham in London for four years and had many famous and influential clients during that time. Rose-Marie’s passion, expertise and teaching skills has earned her a superb reputation within the area of Yoga, Pilates and Personal Development and she is now a sought after international teacher, teaching in Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Morocco and France as well as in the UK, where her company is based. She is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder and is also qualified in Pilates and the Chi Ball Method as well as being a qualified teacher of Jazz Ballet and Oriental Dance. Rose-Marie is also a qualified teacher of Meditation & Personal Development (1 year post graduate course with The British Wheel of Yoga) and is an assessor for the BWY. She is also a qualified You Can Heal Your Life (Louise Hay) faciliator and a Certified Spiritual Coach and has been teaching personal and spiritual development for many years (talks, workshops and courses). Rose-Marie also has a certificate in Mindfulness.
