Yoga Naturally Blackheath

We're really happy to have our wonderful dynamic yoga teacher Sebastian back in Blackheath over the Summer, and that he will be offering a Summer yoga course from the end of July through August on bringing Shtiram Sukham (comfort in stability) into your yoga practice.

It integrates hastabandha, padabandha, mulabandha, uddyanabandha and jalandharabandha through merubandha into sarvangabandha.

Relaxation Yoga Practice & Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) During this extended session we will enquire into the possibility of accessing deep relaxation though specific sequencing in active yoga posture practice followed by an exploration of the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a highly powerful ancient meditation technique originated from the Tantras, recognised a way to eliminate the root cause of all the negativities.
